As a Mortgage Agent serving Barrie, Oro-Medonte, Simcoe County, Collingwood, Orillia & Muskoka, my goal is simple: help clients feel confident about their mortgage decisions and financial future.

Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. Mortgages are rarely taught in school, and sometimes all it takes is clear guidance and the right strategy to completely change someone’s financial picture.

One of the things I love most about this work is helping people understand how mortgages actually work, uncover strategies that fit real life, and save money while building the lifestyle they truly want.

I created Mortgage Maven because I wanted the mortgage experience to feel different — more approachable, supportive, strategic, and human.

I believe clients deserve honest advice, clear communication, and someone who genuinely listens to their goals instead of simply pushing products that benefit the lender most.

Every situation is unique, so I take a very hands-on and personalized approach throughout the mortgage process — from the first conversation through to closing and beyond.

Rooted In Simcoe County & Cottage Country

I live in Oro-Medonte, keep my office in Barrie, and coach freestyle skiing in Collingwood and Orillia. You will often find me throughout Muskoka and cottage country between Huntsville and Parry Sound.

Outside of mortgages, I am usually skiing, coaching, golfing, boating, biking, or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

My background coaching with Freestyle Ontario taught me the importance of communication, patience, leadership, and celebrating progress — qualities I bring into every client relationship.

I strongly believe financial flexibility creates freedom:
more time with family, more experiences, less stress, and the ability to build a life you genuinely enjoy.

To me, success looks less like a corporate office and more like sitting on a dock on a sunny afternoon, surrounded by people you care about, feeling relaxed and supported.
